To Get a Refund
We recommend contacting us prior to returning any merchandise, as we may be able to offer other options.
If you made a mistake or changed your mind and wish to receive a refund, you must return the merchandise and a 50% return fee will apply. Contact us for return instructions.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to an Cards for Good error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
Returns for reasons other than Cards for Good error will be subject to a 50% return fee. We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 60 days after it was ordered. A return results in your donation being revoked as well.
Please contact us with your order number and let us know the specific details of the issue you encountered. Where possible, please provide us with a screenshot or photo of the problem.
If your order is damaged during shipping or flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you're unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, such as a low-resolution image or misspelled word, we'll help you fix it and share the cost of replacing it.
In many cases, we may not require you to return your order. However, quality is very important to us so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection.
